Dana Carfaro

Hello beautiful people! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a full-time working sales professional and a certified fitness trainer with over 12 years of experience. I’ve coached in CrossFit gyms, taught HOT HIIT for nearly six years, and co-owned a gym for more than three. Coaching is a big part of who I am. I love helping people feel strong and confident in their bodies.

After my husband and I welcomed our first baby, everything shifted. My workouts had to change. I started writing my own at-home programs to take care of my mental and physical health.

And it worked. I felt stronger, more energized, and more like myself. I stayed consistent, took care of myself, and stayed present with my family. I was so excited to see it all coming together.

After four years of building these programs, I knew it was time to share them. My heart is in every workout I create. I love building confidence in other women and watching that strength grow from the inside out.You can do this!

This is a four-week strength program focused on building lean muscle and boosting your energy through smart, intentional movement.

Fat Burning Metcon Madness

This program is fast, fiery, and built to make you sweat.
